Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or in cases where you wish to request a different style or size.

To be eligible for a return you must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it

• The item along with all application items must be unused

• The item must be in its original packaging

• You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase

• You will need prior approval from customer service before making the return
