Product Info.

  • At Alfy Nails, our press on nails are all handmade with quality materials to ensure durability and reusability. Skip the lengthy salon visits and apply at home or one the go in just 10 minutes. Press on nails are quick to apply and easy to remove, making it simple to change up your nail look as you like.

  • Please read instructions and warnings on packages fully before use.

    Prep your nails

    1.  Clean and dry natural nails

    2. Gently push back cuticles with the cuticle pusher

    3. Buff the surface of natural nails to remove shine

    4. Use alcohol wipe to remove oils from nails

    Nail glue

    1. Carefully apply nail glue on the inside of the press on nails and on your natural nails

    2. Align the base of the press on nails with natural nails at a 45 degree angle

    3. Press and hold for 15 seconds

    Avoid water for 2 hours for best results

    1. Soak in warm soapy water for 10-20 minutes to loosen the glue

    2. Carefully lift the press on nail from your natural nail

    Do not force artificial nail from the natural nail

  • Measure each nail in mm using a flexible tape measure or a piece of tape and a ruler. Choose the size which fits most of your nails according to our Size Guide. See our Size Guide for detailed instructions on how to measure.

    Please measure your nails carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing. If you select the incorrect size, you may purchase individual replacement nails for a small fee. Purchase replacement nails here.

  • Our press on nails are safe to wear by following application and removal instructions correctly.

    Please be aware that the nail glue contains acrylates, the same ingredients found in gel products. If you have ever experienced sensitivity or an allergic reaction to gel polish or nail glue, please get in touch with info@alfynails.com and we can arrange a safer option. Please patch test one nail for 24 hours before full use.

  • Our press on nails vary in length based on shape and design. You can find length ranges on each product page.

  • Yes, our nails are reusable. Please treat the nails carefully and follow removal instructions to avoid damaging your press on nails.

  • Nail glue: 1 – 3 weeks

    Please be aware that these times can vary based on individual lifestyle factors and use of correct application techniques.

    For best results, avoid soaking the nails in hot water e.g. hot baths, spas, and wear gloves when washing dishes.

  • We are unable to offer customisation at this time.

Shipping.

  • We currently ship to New Zealand. Please find further shipping information on our Shipping page.

  • Standard shipping to New Zealand is $8 NZD. Express shipping to New Zealand is $10 NZD. You can read more about delivery times on our Shipping page.

Returns and Exchanges.

  • Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

    We advise you to please measure your nails and choose sizing carefully  according to our Size Guide before making your purchase.

    Please note that each nail is handmade and there may be slight variations in design or nail charms based on availability. We are unable to provide free replacement nails for slight imperfections.

  • Please treat your press on nails carefully and follow application and removal instructions. We cannot be responsible for replacements if you damage your own nails.

  • You can purchase individual replacement nails for $8 NZD each. Purchase your replacement nails here.
